See, this is what happens when toxic waste is absorbed by plants. It’s not fun when the herbivores fight back.

I originally titled this one, “Show me the money, baby!” But after actually thinking about it, I figured it would be better titled…”Show me the change.”

I decided to call this one “Butterball” the radical ninja. By day he’s a personal fitness trainer and motivational speaker. By night he roams the city roof tops looking for anyone that may discriminate against big-boned ninjas.

Darwinism…or should I say, Survival of the Fittest, isn’t as black and white as it’s defined. In fact, when the little guys start to fight back, there’s bit of grey that can be found in there.

This is another piece that’s going in a book that I’m currently working on. I’ve never been too fond of snow. And snowmen (IMO) rank up there with clowns in terms of potential creepiness. Luckily I live in Texas, where snowmen are on the same short list as the narwals, do-do birds, coelacanths, and unicorns.

Over the past six months, I’ve had a lot of freelance work to do. And while I can usually just jump in and start drawing on them, it often feels too mechanical to me…like I’m a robot or something. So, I started doing these little impulsive sketches on postcards to get me warmed up and creatively going before officially starting. Over the span of half a year, I’ve managed to accumulate quite a few of these doodles. Some are pretty cool, while others are completely silly…but all of them served their purpose. I’ll be posting them in the sketch section of the site, so check them out if you get a chance. And then you too can see how much of a life I DON’T have.
