This is Lilly and her parrot, also named Lilly. Both of which were created and colored by my daughter, Phoenix. The story goes that she’s a fairy that creates candy with her magic. Her sidekick parrot was taught to say the name “Lilly”, but apparently never learned any words after. So the name Lilly for the parrot seemed appropriate.
